Notebook: RF And Acoustic At One Position

This notebook opens the processed RF NetCDF, resolves one physical measurement point to its (experiment_id, cycle_id) pair, then opens the matching per-experiment acoustic NetCDF file and plots the corresponding waveform data for that same cycle.
