Notebook: Rover Positions

This notebook focuses on the rover positions stored in the RF xarray. It merges one or more experiment IDs, plots the full rover point cloud, overlays the active CH1 antenna tiles at real 14 cm x 14 cm scale, and maps a physical point back to the nearest recorded (experiment_id, cycle_id).
